Problem: In the case Operations Center failed to install a new licence for a connected controller the private key used for the controller’s license would be logged in the main CJOC logs and the connection logs for the controller. The key was only used for licence entitlement on the controller and so poses no exploitable security issue.

Fix: the key is now only logged if the logging level on Operations Center is FINE or higher.
