CloudBees Internal Ticket: [CJP-8373]
Provides information about Security Upgrades and how to manage them when CAP is enabled. Once a security warning is published and detected by CB Jenkins Solution, a security warning advisory will appear in top of the home page menu. From this point it’s possible to navigate to the Beekeeper Upgrade Assistant, where extra information is available under the Security Warnings option.

A Plugin Catalog can be installed on controllers to extend Beekeeper, allowing to specify which versions of non-CAP plugins will be available. In case the versions recommended by the Plugin Catalog and the installed one differ, a warning will be displayed into the Beekeeper Upgrade Assistant.
