CJE and CJOC running on the same Windows machine cause port conflicts and should be avoided.
Windows Slave service cannot be installed on Win Serv 2012R2 due to the missing .NET3.5. This can be worked around by manually installing .NET 3.5 beforehand on the slave, and then proceeding with the installation of the windows slave service.

There is a race condition in Operations Center clouds which can cause a master to persist an invalid configuration if it is stopped in the middle of an operation.
