Fixed a customer issue (Zendesk: 3842): Using XMLEscapingTemplateEngine in Groovy.
This is actually a backward incompatible change.
adding TemplateEngine that does XML escaping by default
confirming the XML escaping behaviour of the Jelly transformer
made the mandatory name attribute unremovable.
